In this experimental short, I wanted to explore the Christian creation myth of Adam and Eve, specifically the narrative beat that Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge, thus learning of Good and Evil.

Twisting this story around, this video piece personifies the apple / forbidden fruit.
In this short, humans have no interest in the desire of the knowledge of good and evil, which leaves the apple trapped in the garden with no sense of purpose.
I hoped to pose a question with this hypothetical twist: What would happen if humans didn’t have any interest in the desire for knowledge of good and evil? What if they are too happy in their ignorance? Does the possibility for knowledge even matter if there are no people to lead into temptation?
